What to expect when having your carpets cleaned by Carpet Care Miami:
1. Inspection of your carpet and a Free Estimate
We always start with a pre-inspection of the carpets so that the customer know what to expect. Our technician will examine the carpets for any stains that might require special attention. You will get an accurate pricing estimate of what the carpet cleaning cost will be before any cleaning is done.
2. Preparing the carpet for cleaning
We will take the time to vacuum the carpet if necessary and move any smaller pieces of furniture that you want cleaned under. What we can’t move we will protect to ensure that nothing is damaged during the carpet cleaning service.
3. Pre-Condition and Spot Treatment
We will carefully condition and pre spot the heavy traffic areas of your carpets that have large buildup of soil, like heavy traffic areas. We use fast acting products that help to break up the soil and dirt so that we can safely remove all stains from the carpet.
4. Extracting and Rinsing
Hot water mixed with a special carpet cleaning shampoo is used to wash and rinse the carpets to make sure all of the dirt, dust and allergens are removed. We also pay special attention to clean any stain areas such as pet urine stains, oil and grease spots, or spilled food and beverages.
5. Scotchguard Protection is applied (optional but highly recommended)
If requested, we will apply a carpet protector that helps repel spills, block stains and resist soils. This will make it easier for you to keep your carpets clean, as well as keep them cleaner for longer which means you save costs on professional carpet cleaners!
6. Final Inspection
Since we don’t feel that our job is done until you are 100% satisfied, we want you to take part in the final inspection.
