One day in June, we received a call from a nice young woman named Wendy from South Beach in Miami.

She had a beautiful apartment right on Collins Ave that was newly remodeled and the tenants were scheduled to move into the apartment in just a few days! However the Mexican Tiles needed a thorough cleaning immediately.

Carpet Care Miami arrived at the apartment and apparently the construction crew had spilled paint and tracked all kinds of dirt over the nice Mexican Tiles and they needed some professional tile cleaning.

We began by stripping the tiles of their current coat of wax as well as scraping all the dried paint off the tiles. We then thoroughly washed the tiles with a neutralizing rinse to remove all dirt and stripper from the tiles. Finally we applied a few coats of wax finish to get the Mexican Tiles looking shiny and new again!
